By downloading or using the GoKlaim app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Intellectual Property
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. Additionally, you may not attempt to extract the source code of the App, translate it into other languages, or reverse-engineer it. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights associated with the App, remain the property of Koverhoop.
2. App Updates and Charges
Koverhoop is committed to making the App as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to update, modify, or charge for the App's services at any time and for any reason. If we ever decide to charge for any aspect of the App, we will ensure that you are fully informed about any fees and what they are for before you are charged.
3. Data Security and Responsibility
The App stores and processes personal data you provide to deliver our services. It is your responsibility to keep your device and App access secure. We strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this could compromise its security, expose it to malware, and potentially affect the functionality of the App.
The App may also utilize third-party services, each of which may have its own Terms & Conditions. By using the App, you agree to adhere to these third-party terms as well.

4. Internet Connectivity and Mobile Charges
Certain functions of the App require an active internet connection, which may be through Wi-Fi or mobile data. Koverhoop is not responsible for the App's performance if you do not have access to a stable internet connection or have exhausted your mobile data allowance.
If you use the App outside of Wi-Fi coverage, please be aware that you may incur additional charges from your mobile provider, including roaming data charges if you are outside your home region or country. You are responsible for these charges, and you should ensure you have obtained the necessary permissions from the bill payer if you are not the account holder.
Koverhoop is also not responsible for any issues caused by a low battery on your device. Ensure that your device remains charged to use the App effectively.
5. Limitations of Liability
While we strive to keep the App accurate and up-to-date, we rely on third-party information to deliver some of the App's functionality. Koverhoop is not liable for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from reliance on this information or for issues related to the functionality of the App.
We may periodically update the App. The App is currently available on iOS, but system requirements may change in the future. You will need to download updates to continue using the App. Koverhoop does not guarantee that the App will remain compatible with all devices or iOS versions. You agree to install updates when they are made available to you.
Koverhoop reserves the right to discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. If the App is terminated, your rights to use it will end, and you must cease using and, if necessary, delete the App from your device.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all payment-related information entered through the GoKlaim platform, including:
- Credit card details
- Payment instrument information
- Payment amounts
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Koverhoop reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you are encouraged to review this page periodically. By continuing to use the App after any changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
